If you commission me, you agree to these terms.General
• Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial work additional fees apply that can be discussed over E-Mail. Posting and sharing my work is encouraged, but please credit me (@Jackalhopp).• I keep all rights to my artwork. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.• Time from me accepting your commission to me starting your commission is at most three (3) months. If there is further delay you will be personally notified.• Please provide visual references for complex designs. Otherwise there may be additional fees or I may have to decline you.Payment
• All payments through paypal.• I take 25% of the payment up front, the rest after the sketch is approved and potential add-ons discussed.• Prices are baseline. Add-ons and additional revisions may increase the final price. Check the Commission page for more info.All payments are final. [_Process_[

1) When I accept your commission I will add you to the Queue. Only once I start working on your commission do I send an invoice for 25% of the price.2) Once I start your commission I will send you the initial sketch for you to review, you will get two (2) full revisions of the sketch free of charge. After your approval of the sketch, I will work on the full artwork and send an invoice of the rest of the payment.3) I will send you your final artwork within a maximum of three (3) months of me starting the commission. It will most likely be less, but I keep a buffer in case something comes up.4) Three (3) minor revisions to the final artwork (adjustment to BG color, decisions on outline design if applicable, or similar) can be requested, any more will come with an additional fee that has to be paid before the adjustments are made.
Any blatant errors on my part (at MY discretion) will be fixed free of charge. (Colorfill error, outline error etc.)5) You will receive the full resolution artwork .png per E-Mail with my signature. You may not remove the signature under any circumstances, however I may move it to a different spot (at MY discretion) as a free revision. No physical product will be delivered. What I need from you:Description of subject including a Top 5 List of most important features to you (if there are that many).
_{Example: Your character has a lot of scars, but this one has to always be exactly in this place.}Pose description, if you have a specific one in mind. Preferably with reference (your own stick figure can be enough).For OCs it helps me a lot if you give me a description of their Character to get a feel for them.
